Project - Manufacture, fabrication and installation

Location - Oakhurst Village, Shirley

We are undertaking the manufacture, fabrication and installation of 3 and 4 storey high walk out balconies complete with all structural elements and a stainless steel / glazed infill system. We are also carrying out a number of individual glazed Juliet balconies.


London & Quadrant

Project -  Installation of sales area railings, estate boundary treatment and hard landscaping

Location - Beauchamp Park and Birnam Mews, Warwick

At the Beauchamp Park development, we are currently consulting, designing, manufacturing and installing Juliet balconies across the project including an integrated decking system.

The work carried out at the Birnam Mews project includes the design manufacture and installation of railings, playground fencing, public open space furniture and, on the houses, louvre doors.

Project - 142 stair balustrading

Location - Soho Loop, Birmingham

We have designed, manufactured and installed  142 stair balustrading, including final capping finish, to ground floor communal areas. All stairs are pre-treated red oxide finish to allow final coating on site by the painting contractor at finishes stage of the programme. This enables Health & Safety requirements regarding fall arrest to be met whilst accelerating the overall build programme for the client.

Banbury Place, Wolverhampton – Installation of 81nr Stainless Steel / Glazed Juliet Balconies

Austin View, Longbridge – Installation of both Juliet Balconies and Walk Out terraces in a Stainless Steel / Glazed System

Branston Leas, Burton-On-Trent – Installation of both Juliet Balconies and Walk Out terraces in a Stainless Steel / Glazed System. As an additional part of this contract BPR have been awarded the order for the supply only of various structural steelwork elements

Devon Way, Longbridge – Installation of balcony decking system to 56nr Apartment block

Projects have included:

Nuneaton - supply and installation of glazed Juliet balcony systems
Darlaston - supply and installation of glazed Juliet balcony systems
Bilston -  design, fabrication, manufacture and installation of bespoke Glazed Canopies to the apartment blocks.
Bilston -  supply & installation of Powder Coated frame / Glazed Screen Juliet Balcony systems
Shifnal - supply & installation of Glazed Juliet balcony systems

Project - replacement of bow top railings, vehicle and personnel gates for Sandwell MBC

Location - Sandwell Borough
BPR have been appointed to carry out the replacement of bow top railings, vehicle and personnel gates throughout the Sandwell MBC area, as part of Vinci’s ongoing £20m regeneration project within the area.

Project - designed, fabricated & install a bespoke fob controlled vehicular gate entry system

Location - Bredon Gate, Worcester
BPR have designed, fabricated & install a bespoke fob controlled vehicular gate entry system at Piper Homes Bredon Gate development.
