Working Standards

We would not have been able to work with industry leading companies, such as Persimmon, London & Quadrant, Kilhan Construction and St Modwen, if we had not met their extremely high standards for health and safety and all of the required and relevant insurances.  We are therefore proactive in ensuring that we meet all of our clients exacting standards at all times.

Accreditations

Recognising our clients working requirements

Working standards in the UK construction industry are some of the strictest in the world and are regulated closely.  Driven by several governing bodies and the industry itself, we are fully qualified and registered to the relevant bodies for the work we do.

Builder’s Profile is the open-access Common Database service providing compliance and PQQ information to the construction industry.

Our secure Common Database enables subcontractors and suppliers to easily maintain and share information. For main contractors and clients it provides all the information, documents and tools required to manage a supply chain no matter how large or small.

Constructionline builds value from beginning to end in the supply chain and procurement cycle, optimising performance, minimising risk and realising opportunities. They collect, verify and monitor standard company information through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91 and offer a range of allied services and opportunities, all designed to assist the construction industry.

All of our team who go on site have the relevant card issued to them and fully comply to the regulations laid down and expected by the CSCS.

SMAS Worksafe helps contractors demonstrate their health & safety compliance to clients and meet construction and related industries’ pre qualification requirements.

Health & Safety

Your reputation depends on our health and safety

BPR's commitment to health & safety is driven from Board level and updates are communicated regularly throughout the company. BPR hold full Public, Employee & Professional Indemnity Insurance as well as CHAS, SMAS and Construction Line accreditation.

All of our staff and sub-contractors are fully trained in the relevant health & safety systems and hold as a minimum CSCS cards; Supervisors & Directors also hold the SSSTS Certificates, all contributing to produce a first class team.

We are always striving for improvement, researching best practice and working in partnership with our external health & safety consultant MBO Safety Services on a retained basis to monitor our systems and carry out regular inspections both on sites and in the office & production areas of the business.

All site supervisors also carry out weekly safety inspections which are reported up to Board level for review and action points monitored where necessary.
